BGi.uk has been trading since the early 80s. Perhaps best known for their exceptional service and expertise, they were delighted to be accepted by SPATA, as members, and now work with other members to over-come issues relating to both Risk Management and Insurance.

When asked for an example of their recent successes, Nick Elwell, MD, was quick to mention that under their ‘Swim School, Pool and Club’ policy (known as FoSS), all valid ‘COVID business interruption’ claims were settled in a timely manner, under the terms of the policy.
