Dr Shepherd will highlight how utilsiing hot tubs to heat people with diabetes can help improve metabolic (i.e. glucose / insulin) and cardiovasular (heart and blood vessels) health. There is a need to increase the evidence base to get this set up as a treatment within the NHS.
