Derek Ray – Business Development Executive, BGi.uk

I have been in the Insurance Broking business for a number of years in various different roles, and now work with BGi.uk as the BDM, identifying business opportunities and possible membership schemes.

After many years of working for ourselves and running our own businesses (from retail, financial, trusteeship), it really was exciting to join BGi.uk, a business full of new opportunities.

I love sport (including rugby, football, baseball, cricket, and water-skiing) and enjoy the outdoor life (probably due to our South African DNA). As a family we also enjoy travelling and visiting new places and countries. I'm a Christian and am married to an incredible wife. We have 3 amazing daughters, and 2 gorgeous grandkids.
